Alkazu Construction is looking for an experienced administrative assistant. You will provide administrative support to the general manager, for example writing emails and preparing some reports, you will help the sales team provide them with price lists when requested and make suggestions. You will assist the HR Manager in sending the circular and will be the first to contact to receive documents such as leave requests. In addition, you will assist the Procurement Department in communicating with suppliers and processing paperwork with government agencies (from the office, no travel is required for this work). You will respond directly to the HR manager.
Required Skills:
- Expert in writing and speaking English
- Excellent in Excel: Formatting, Data Filters, Formulas (SUM, Vlookup)
- Photoshop: Quick editing, adding text to images, changing formats, small touch-ups, background removal
- Additional preferred skills
- Experience in UAE
- Experience in FIRS
- Experience in retailing or purchasing
