Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Professional:
Must have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/ customer facing roles preferably in the same Industry.
Should be able to provide excellent customer service and present full product knowledge to the potential clients.
Should be able to resolve any service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
Must be currently in UAE.
Location – Dubai
Driving Industry experience: Salary – Upto AED 3,500 per month + Overtime Allowance + Benefits (Group life insurance, Medical insurance and Air tickets in 2 years)
Customer Service experience: Salary – Upto AED 3,000 per month + Overtime Allowance + Benefits (Group life insurance, Medical insurance and Air tickets in 2 years)
Languages Known: English and Urdu / English and Arabic
