    Job Description:
    We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join our Dubai team immediately or in a short time, working under the guidance of the FTA approved tax agent. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with financial reporting and tax compliance. This role requires a solid foundation in accounting principles and experience with UAE regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
    • Support VAT preparation and filing, collaborating closely with the team lead to ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
    • Conduct monthly and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustments.
    • Provide support in budget preparation, cash flow analysis, and financial forecasting.
    • Maintain proper documentation and collaborate with external auditors during audits.

    Qualifications:

    • Spanish / Russian Speaker will be an advantage
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certification (such as ACCA or CMA) is advantageous.
    • 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
    • Strong understanding of IFRS standards.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with ERP systems.
    • Familiarity with Odoo and Zoho software
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills to work effectively with the clients’ CEOs and CFOs.

    Competitive salary and benefits package in line with UAE labor laws, based on experience and qualifications.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
