AccountantIndustry : Leading real estate and property developer with a proven track record of delivering high quality, residential, commercial and industrial assetsLocation : DIP, Jebel Ali, Dubai Investments Head QuarterDuration : Full-timeApplication Deadline : one week from the date of postingPosition Summary : Responsible for all accounting functions, monthly closing and production of financials with an objective of maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.Responsibilities :1. Responsible for all rentals collection & follow up of outstanding on timely manners.2. Processes accounting entries for all accounts functions such as receipts, payments, rentals bank transfers, accruals etc.3. Processes payments and transfer instructions with adequate supports.4. Performs/reviews suppliers , rentals collections and payables.5. Processes debit/credit notes on a monthly basis with adequate supporting documentation.6. Reviews all Journal vouchers for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures before submission to the Finance Supervisor.7. Handles all required documentation for units move out as per law &market s practices.8. Maintains appropriate filing of all documentation.9. Prepares yearly budget & reviews actuals vs forecasting.10. Prepares monthly detailed cash flow, commentary and updates forecasts.11. Responsible for dedicated petty cash & report to Finance supervisor for review.12. Liaises with internal departments of the Company on financial and accounting mattersRequirementsAcademic Qualification:- Bachelor s degree in Accounting and FinanceProfessional Experience :- At least five (5) years of work experience in finance and accounting. – Excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken English. – Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
