Job Summary: Looking for an Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details:
- Handle office petty cash
- Carry out the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence
- Manage requests and queries appropriately
- Handle the office filing system
- Handle the sales team monitoring on their sales activities
- Preserve good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefs
- Screen and process all incoming mail, faxes as well as emails
- Assist in preparing agendas, notices as well as minutes for a variety of functional teams
- Manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments
- Handle visitors and walk in clients
- Act as the point of contact between the company and internal or external clients
- Handle the overall maintenance of the company and its offices
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role required
- Expertise in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a good time manager
