    🔹 Key Responsibilities:

    ✔️ Administrative Support:

    • Assist the Business/Communications Manager with administrative and secretarial tasks.
    • Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations, correspondence, and organization charts.

    ✔️ Coordination & Communication:

    • Act as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email.
    • Assess the urgency of issues and take necessary actions.
    • Ensure knowledge and information sharing across the business.

    ✔️ Event & Travel Management:

    • Organize business-critical events, including travel arrangements, itinerary planning, accommodation bookings, and conference registrations.
    • Coordinate with visiting speakers and business delegates.

    ✅ Job Requirements:

    📌 Education & Experience:

    • Administrative/secretarial education.
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.

    📌 Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
