🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Administrative Support:
- Assist the Business/Communications Manager with administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations, correspondence, and organization charts.
✔️ Coordination & Communication:
- Act as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email.
- Assess the urgency of issues and take necessary actions.
- Ensure knowledge and information sharing across the business.
✔️ Event & Travel Management:
- Organize business-critical events, including travel arrangements, itinerary planning, accommodation bookings, and conference registrations.
- Coordinate with visiting speakers and business delegates.
✅ Job Requirements:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Administrative/secretarial education.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
📌 Skills & Abilities:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
