    We are hiring Assistant Head Chef (South African/ European National) with experience in (Mediterranean & American cuisine) must have experienced in 4-5* star hotels in Dubai or GCC. The incumbent should be aware of fusion style, American and international cuisines. Must able to manage kitchen operation, menu engineering, food costing and P&L.
