Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced strong Assistant Manager – Supply Chain strong to oversee control and optimize processes in an automated warehouse environment The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in supply chain operations and a proven track record of process improvement and resource management h3 strong Key Responsibilities strong h3 strong Warehouse Operations Management strong Control and optimize processes within an automated warehouse Align daily operations to ensure the best utilization of systems and resources strong Manpower Planning and Monitoring strong Develop and oversee manpower plans across six key functions ensuring alignment with operational requirements Monitor workforce efficiency and address any gaps strong Process Improvement strong Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Support and contribute to future system development projects strong Storage System Utilization strong Monitor and optimize the utilization of overall storage systems strong Operational and Infrastructure Planning strong Plan and prepare operations and infrastructure capabilities to meet peak demands effectively strong Vendor Management strong Manage relationships with vendors including negotiations to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery h3 strong Skills and Competencies strong h3 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in process optimization and resource planning Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in project management and system development Familiarity with warehouse management systems WMS and related tools We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the long-term growth of our operations
