Roles and Responsibilities of Real Estate Broker Requirements:
Prior sales experience in Dubai real estate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Real Estate Broker license (RERA) in Dubai is preferred but not mandatory.
