    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced strong Commercial Officer strong to join our team In this role you will support the organization by analysing data providing actionable insights and driving process improvements to assist in strategic decision-making Key responsibilities will include Analysing data to identify trends opportunities and risks Providing insights to help drive revenue growth efficiency and financial performance Supporting financial modelling including forecasting and budgeting Assisting in technical tasks related to contract management and client communications Preparing presentation materials to effectively communicate findings and recommendations Engaging with clients to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals The strong Commercial Officer strong will play a pivotal role in enhancing business performance by providing essential support for client engagement strategic initiatives and operational efficiency Data Analysis & ReportingGather, analyze, and interpret datasets to generate insights that support commercial strategies.Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics, delivering insights to the Commercial Manager and senior stakeholders.Market Research & Trend AnalysisConduct research on market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to informstrategic planning.Identify potential risks and opportunities in the market and provide actionable insights.Financial Modeling & ForecastingAssist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategicdecision-making.Track commercial performance against forecasted outcomes and recommend adjustments asneeded.Technical and Contract SupportDraft and review contract documents, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with companypolicies.Support the Commercial Manager in contract negotiations and help in structuring favorableterms.Assist in drafting proposals and client communications during the finalization of deals and post contractaward phases.Ensure clear documentation and tracking of contract terms, client requirements, and obligations.Client Communication and Deal SupportAssist in client communications, supporting the Commercial Manager in building and nurturingclient relationships.Help manage client interactions, especially during the contract finalization and post-award phases, ensuring client satisfaction and successful contract execution.Process ImprovementIdentify areas for process improvement within the commercial team, recommending andimplementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, reporting, and contractmanagement processesPresentation and DocumentationDevelop professional presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate analysis findings,project updates, and proposals.Create and format documents in MS Word for contracts, proposals, and reports to ensure clearand professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Competencies and SkillsStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel for data analytics, and in MS PowerPoint and MS Word for professionalpresentations and documentation.Understanding of contract structures, with the ability to assist in contract drafting and review.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in data handling, reporting, and documentmanagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data insights and contractdetails to a non-technical audience.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Years and Type of ExperienceAt least 2 3 years of experience in F&B or Catering Industry is a must.2-3 years of experience in a commercial, financial, or business analysis role, with exposure to contract management, in CATERING INDUSTRY is a must.Education and QualificationBachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
