An opportunity for a high calibre 4 – 5 PQE corporate or funds lawyer to join the Dubai office of this highly-regarded offshore firm The role will involve advising on a wide range of investment funds matters including hedge private equity real estate infrastructure energy credit debt venture capital cryptocurrency and blockchain as well as advising with respect to corporate transactions including joint ventures acquisitions series financings and corporate reorganisations You will need to have gained your experience at a leading national international or offshore law firm In addition you will need to be admitted in either the UK Australia New Zealand Canada or another Caribbean jurisdiction
