Essential Responsibilities
- Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders for key accounts.
- Writes procedures and assists in establishment of department policies.
- Participates in training of customer service personnel.
- Handles multiple product line(s) with multiple entity support.
- May provide direction to or lead to less experienced customer service reps.
- Handles special projects, as assigned.
- Update SAP.
- Update, Receive, review, and enter daily cost sheet for key accounts.
- Revenue reconcile between departments.
- Follow-up on billing and collection for key accounts.
- Participates in training of customer service personnel.
- Handles special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Industry experience preferred.
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal assistance/supervision.
- Proficient in order entry software.
- Thorough knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
