Handling e-commerce portal content and plan and add new categories productsDevelop item set-up process to ensure proper system and execution of the daily operations of the channelsReport analyze negotiate and provide customer service for various marketplaces and wholesale e-commerce accountsSell and market ideas and product pitches to various partners to hit sales targetsCoordinate with direct and indirect team to ensure proper item-level detailCreate and launch promotional activity at the item-level and decide the appropriate channel strategy by stock keeping unit dataAct as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets prospectsCreate detailed proposal documents negotiate the terms of agreement and close salesManage quality assurance through site evaluations internal audits and customer surveysPrepare monthly quarterly and annual forecast channel reports by collecting summarizing and interpreting data Identify and test new channels and prepare data results Perform any other related duties as required or assigned Manage and optimize the company x27 s eCommerce website ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase online sales Monitor and analyze website performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns product launches and other eCommerce initiatives Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities making recommendations to improve the company x27 s eCommerce strategy Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs and provide insights for product development Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to eCommerce ensuring compliance with all requirements Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with website analytics tools and data analysis.Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.At least 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the electronics industry.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving eCommerce landscape.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
