Job Description:
Ajmal Perfumes is seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations through financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets and financial statements.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Update internal financial systems.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and track deposits/payments.
- Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Conduct sales analysis and manage internal company billing & reconciliation.
- Handle VAT return submissions and corporate tax compliance.
- Work with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Utilize financial software and advanced MS Excel for analysis.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- CA Inter, Qualified CMA, or CA Qualified.
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures and accounting principles.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
