As Service Associate – Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
- Assist hotel guests efficiently, courteously and professionally
- Take care of all VIP guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
- Review and prepare next day’s arrival reports for GC, VIPs and those accorded special status, ensuring that these are highlighted to the management and necessary related functions are activated.
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
