Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in luxury retail or automotive industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
