    Responsibilities:Assisting Students with their queriesCreating Student accountsAssisting Students with installation of various applications (e.g. web browsers, PDF reader, Microsoft Office, Sage Accounts, etc.)Providing guidance on navigating around the course platform and providing technical assistance and support to Students during their studiesStarting Students on their new courses via a video conferenceAssisting the Enrolment Team with processing paperwork for new enrolmentsAssisting Learning Coaches with monitoring Students’ progressMaintaining computer filing systemCreating and maintaining accurate records of all support requests, incidents, and solutions providedContribute to the development of user documentationDealing with e-mails, text messages and phone calls from studentsBooking and administering of Validation Tests and Resit Tests via a secure video conferencing systemChasing outstanding payments from studentsGenerating Pitman and CPD certificatesAttending training courses to improve personal developmentCompleting and maintaining all relevant documentation according to deadlinesUndertaking any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the line manager.
