Dussmann Gulf is seeking talented and skilled professionals to join their MEP team for the following roles:
Available Job Vacancies:
- BMS Operator/Technician
- Chiller Mechanic
- Civil Multi-Skilled Technician (Mason/Carpenter/Painter)
Job Requirements:
- Relevant certification or diploma (ITI or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil, etc.).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in facility maintenance within the GCC.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of MEP systems.
Job-Specific Experience:
- BMS Operator/Technician: Experience in handling building automation systems and HVAC controls.
- Chiller Mechanic: Expertise in overhauling compressors and performing chiller maintenance.
- Civil Multi-Skilled Technician: Proficiency in masonry, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety regulations for facility maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of CAFM systems is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining (visit visa or canceled visa, ready to start within 5-7 days).
