Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist in VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure records are well-organized.
- Collaborate with the management team for expense tracking and cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
