Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Swan Medical Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by doctors while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Assist in emergency medical procedures and provide critical care for patients requiring intensive monitoring.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical information.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare teams, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to any changes in health status.
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing medical treatments, care plans, and recovery processes.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly, and maintain hygienic working environments within the ER and ICU.
• Comply with healthcare standards and guidelines, following the protocols set by Swan Medical Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Support in implementing health and safety measures to protect patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

• GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, particularly in ER and ICU.
• Valid Prometric Pass for Saudi Arabia and a registered Mumaris account with login credentials.
• Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in emergency care and intensive care units.
• Must be eligible for Prometric exam clearance in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in high-stress environments like ER and ICU.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to the hospital’s working schedules.
