b Requirements b div div Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems Engineering or a related field Master s preferred Advanced training or certifications in power systems planning cable system design or project management e g PMP is a plus Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in planning designing and managing transmission and substation cable systems with a strong emphasis on high-voltage and medium-voltage cables Proven track record in managing large-scale cable installation and upgrade projects within transmission and substation environments Extensive experience in cable system design cable protection fault analysis and integration with other power network components In-depth knowledge of power transmission substation infrastructure and cable design standards Advanced expertise in cable sizing fault current analysis load flow studies and electrical network modelling Familiarity with simulation and design software tools such as PSS E ETAP CYME AutoCAD or similar div div
