Responsibilities:Assist in managing daily property operations and procedures.Assist in coordinating with different contractorsOrganizing maintenance schedule Monitoring apartmentsMaintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.Assist with meeting preparations, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.Required Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or real estate. (0-1 Year exp in UAE)UAE driving license is an advantage
