Quality Control Officer ( Fisheries )

Job Description-
– Inspecting and testing raw material finished products
– Inspection of product quality integrity and plant sanitation conformance from raw material receiving to finished product shipment
– Checking the product to make sure it meets product specification
– Inspect and test the raw material based on the product specification
– Conduct online inspection of the production lines as per the set standards
– Monitor the Process Specifications as per the set standards in terms of hygiene and sanitation, equipment and methods, packing for product appeal, correctness of fill, time temperature etc – Report all issues concerning every supplier inspection immediately
– Must prepare inspection report in specified format with required details as per HACCP ISO system
– Must be well versed with UAE health and hygiene regulations and must know practical applicability and expectations of authorities experience

Requirements:
3- 5 years of experience in Quality Control ( Sea Food Industry)

Education:
Bachelor / Masters of Science(Food Technology)
