Develop and execute the real estate sales strategy setting objectives targets and action plans to achieve revenue goals contributing to the overall profitability of the company Actively participate in the development of the company x27 s overall sales plan and related activities contributing to the formulation of effective sales strategies Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities expanding the customer base and maximizing revenue from existing real estate listings Monitor the performance of the sales team track key performance indicators KPIs and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their real estate needs and concerns are addressed to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Create a large network of real estate agents and maintain good relationships Implement new products and ensure efficient resource allocation for sales activities Prepare sales management presentations including management information and other related activities to facilitate informed decision-making Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends conditions and competitors providing insights for pricing strategies and property listings Continuously improve real estate sales processes identifying areas for efficiency and streamlining procedures Manage the real estate sales unit budget ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales goals Generate regular real estate sales reports analyze data to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions for strategy adjustments Collaborate with other departments including marketing property management and legal to align strategies and ensure seamless real estate sales operations REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
