Requirements:
An ability to also teach Physics is a distinct advantage but not essential.
The school follows the IB curriculum and therefore teachers with previous IBDP curriculum experience are favoured though teachers who share the IB philosophies of student centred inquiry based learning may be considered especially if you have previously taught in an “Outstanding” school. You will be teaching to DP level.
You should have 2 years of teaching experience post qualification as a minimum. Previous international experience is welcomed. Bachelors Degree in Education or BA in a relevant teaching subject supported with a Post Graduate Teaching Certificate.
