Store Management Trainee

We are looking for an ambitious and organized Store Management Trainee to join our team at Carrefour. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills as they take on the responsibility of managing a store.The ideal Store Management Trainee must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask. They should be customer-focused and have a passion for retail. A professional and friendly attitude is essential, as is a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a store management role is an asset.If you are looking for an opportunity to join a growing and successful retail team, we would love to hear from you.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOverseeing the overall operations of the store, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency.\n\nMotivating and managing store personnel, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.\n\nDeveloping and implementing strategies to meet store sales and profitability goals.\n\nMonitoring store performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.\n\nEnsuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.\n\nEstablishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.\n\nMaintaining store cleanliness and appearance standards.\n\nAssisting in the training and development of store personnel.\n\nAnalyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nCoordinating promotional activities and events.
