    Job Purpose

    Assist the Senior Storekeeper in all transactional and warehouse activities at the Distribution Centers/Uniform issue counters. Record transactional data accurately in inventory systems.

    Job Outline:

    • Generic:

    Undertakes the physical checking and receiving of goods into stock ensuring that goods are in accordance with purchase order in terms of quantity and quality.

    Ensure all stocks items are received in accordance to the purchase orders terms and conditions advising buys in the event of discrepencies to enable supplier feedback.

    Assist senior storekeeper by preparing requisitions for the purchase stock items to meet deparment demands in a timely manner.

    Assist in the packaging and distribution of all items (uniforms/promotional and non-stock items) to outstations and promotional events as necessary, including dispatch activities.

    Responsible for inspecting, verifying items as per approved sample. Ensure that the incoming materials are in good condition as per the specifications of the Company Standards.

    Provides clerical assistance by filing of receipt and issue vouchers.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Procurement.Non-aircraft : 3+ Years

    10 Years schooling or equivalent :

    Experience in a General Distribution environement

    Knowledge/skills:

    • Should be able to communicate effectivey in English P&L Requirement
    • – Recommended International Qualifications: MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, IPSCMI qualifications (CIPP, CPPP, CISCP, CICCM, CIPN, CITLP, CISM, CMPO)
    • – Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Finance, Engineering, MBA ? equivalent to CIPS or MCIPS depends on grade
