DUTIES
Receiving and answering all incoming calls.
To forward calls to guests and employees.
Gives correct information to guests.
Help in distributing messages to guests.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is met.
REQUIREMENTS
African and Filipino nationals wanted.
Female candidates preferred.
Candidates on visit can also apply.
Should have prior experience in the same or related role.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
