Manage and oversee ticketing operations for events ensuring all sales channels are utilized effectively Monitor ticket sales and inventory analyzing trends to optimize pricing and availability Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly providing exceptional service and support Create and maintain detailed reports on ticket sales customer demographics and performance metrics Implement ticketing systems and software ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly for both customers and staff Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards related to ticket sales and event management Facilitate post-event analysis gathering feedback and insights to improve future ticketing processes Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing or event coordinationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Customer service-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating memorable event experiences.Familiarity with local and national regulations pertaining to ticket sales Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus, enhancing communication with a wider audience.
