Main PurposeIn this role, the VIE – Watch Specialists Executive will support the Watch Specialists team in their key missions. He/She will participate in the design and execution of the Watch Specialists network strategy and will provide support in the analysis of the Watch Specialists network.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Retail Focus• Recruit, coach and manage the 10 Cartier ambassadors of Dubai Airport• Propose and implement incentive scheme, yearly meetings, training• Follow-up closely the sales performance and stock levelAnalysis & Operations• Work with the Area Sales Manager to develop the Specialist and Travel Retail network strategy• Monitor & analyse orders and assortment to maintain healthy stock per client• Carry out sell in/ sell out & stock analysis & ensure reports are received from partners• Communicate marketing information to Specialists, including products news (novelties)• Maintain a close follow up on SAV related matters- including checking policies are followed, pieces correctly sent to Richemont FZE and returned on time back to market• Support partners in their utilization of Booster and Cartier CareSDP & VM• Ensure follow up of POS opening, renovation, and Espace roll out plans coordinating with SDP and partners• Coordinate with the VM Executive & Partners to ensure VM guidelines are implemented in the POS networkTraining• Identify training needs of Specialist staff• Coordinate the annual training program with L&D Department and monitor performance through mystery shopping resultsMarketing & Communications• Work with Area Sales Managers and Media Manager to define coop media plans for key markets, including online and offline media plans• Define and implement trade marketing initiatives for the network• Roll out Cartier web presence in selected Specialists websites• Support with CRM activities & tool for SpecialistsSkills and experience required• University/ Business School graduate• Extensive experience in sales or project management in a luxury goods company Knowledge of retail or service context (knowledge of customers expectations)• Advanced Word, Excel, and Power Point Strong analytical skills• Fluent in English• Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills• Ability to work proactively & independently, as well as function as part of a team A high level of active listening skill and capacity of observation• Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment Clear analysis and expression• Fast learnerEligibility to the VIE Program• Candidates between 18 and 28 years old• Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
