<p>Studio KKD is hiring a visualiser to join its team in Dubai.<!–more–><\/p>\n<p>Studio KKD is an award-winning creative studio based in London and Dubai. The studio creates interiors and branded environments across retail, hospitality, leisure, residential and workplace sectors with a portfolio that spans the UK, Europe, the Middle East, USA and Asia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking to recruit a visualiser for our Dubai studio. Ideally, applicants should have a minimum of three years of post-graduate architecture or interior design project experience across retail, hospitality, workplace and residential projects. Artistic flair and demonstrating creativity in visualisation are the prime focus of selection.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must have a contemporary approach to their work, a global design perspective, sensitivity to materials and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>working within a multicultural studio environment<\/li>\n<li>focusing on high-end retail, hospitality, workplace, leisure and residential projects<\/li>\n<li>development of concept, schematic and detailed design visualisation<\/li>\n<li>assisting in the coordination of design across the project<\/li>\n<li>sketching of ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A minimum of two industry-standard 3D modelling software packages, e.g. are required, one of which must be 3D max. AutoCAD (Mac or PC), BIM knowledge and recent AI integration into workflow are an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>This role is for a creative visualiser, with a skill set to include being a team player and equally confident in using your initiative.
